Naveen Chaluvadi is a Digital Business Leader who is passionate about creating large customer journeys and implement small pieces of the same at great speed. He has been working in the space of banking technology since 2003 , spending his formative years in the space understanding the nuances of product design and development. Over the last decade he had worked across various facets of Digital Banking and Payments which allowed him to transform into a Digital Banking Enthusiast with a passion for transaction engineering using digital payments.

He is a mechanical engineering graduate from M S Ramaiah College , Bangalore who also earned his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He is currently working as Chief Digital Officer at YES BANK leading all key initiatives across Digital Channels and Digital Payments with an objective to maintain YES BANK as a preferred banking partner to Fintech Ecosystem.

With over 24 years of work experience in various functions of banking with core competence in the areas of Business Strategy, Product Development and Digital Financial Services with a deep understanding of technology as an enabler.

Prior to India Post Payments Bank, he has worked with leading banking institutions such as Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank and Equitas SFB in various roles spanning across Project Lead and Domain Expert on Payment Products and Inclusive Banking. During his last assignment with Equitas Small Finance Bank as the Chief Digital Officer, Venkat has been part of the founding team for the Bank and is credited with creating a digitally enabled Banking access through multiple payment systems and channels, thereby leading to business growth and differentiated customer experience. Venkat has also been a key industry spokesperson and is closely engaged with the government and regulatory institutions in policy formulation in a rapidly evolving industry.

Venkat has demonstrated his acumen in launching new businesses, by identifying and capitalizing on business, market and process opportunities; leveraging technology to drive revenue, streamlining operations and improving client experience. He is skilled at driving innovation for top and bottom line growth. Venkat has successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver change in complex and challenging environments. He has extensively worked in the financial inclusion space leveraging fintech and digital led innovation to make a difference.

Venkat has graduated in Mathematics and Economics from Osmania University and completed the Executive Management Programme from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Sahil is the co-founder and CEO of Setu — a fintech API Infrastructure startup that's acquired by Pine Labs.

Current Position and Responsibilities
Ramakrishnan Gopalan is the Vice President, Head of Products & Solutions for India and South Asia. In this role, he leads the product team in developing the strategy and the long-term design for the growth of Visa’s product propositions in the region, including India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives.

Previous Positions
Prior to joining Visa, Ramakrishnan (Ramki) was with Citi in India and Singapore for nearly 20 years, where he held various positions across Asia Pacific in cards, lending, client engagement, risk mitigation, product development and digital channel teams. Most recently, he was the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Citi’s Regional Cards and Loans team where he drove the digital acquisitions framework of clients with a bespoke strategy using alternate data across markets.

Ramki holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. He will be based in Mumbai and sit on the INSA leadership team as well as the Asia Pacific Product Leadership team. In his spare time, Ramki enjoys spending time with his family biking together to explore new places around town.

Payments Domain SME, Experienced Financial Services Leader Ranjeet has about two decades of experience in payments & cards industry, retail banking and financial services. Prior to ISG he was in leadership roles in retail banking in large Indian banks such as HDFC Bank, ING Vysya Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank. He is a proven business leader, having launched banking and payments products and scaling them up via strategic partnerships, sales teams and channel partners. With in-depth knowledge of the digital payments domain and Indian payments space, Ranjeet brings in strong ownership of product, growth, strategy and P&L.

Srivatsan is Co-founder & CEO of Skydo Inc. Earlier, Srivatsan was head of Business at Rupeek – an asset-backed lending platform, leading teams across growth, business delivery and customer experience.

Srivatsan has 19 years of professional experience spanning management consulting, business building and leadership roles in fast growth technology startups. Prior to joining Rupeek, Srivatsan managed the platform Revenue and profitability at India’s largest ride-hailing platform, Ola. Before Ola, Srivatsan led his family owned automotive parts manufacturing business. He also has 6 years of experience with management consulting firm McKinsey & Co. where he advised clients primarily in financial services.

He is most excited by the possibilities to transform business using data and digital technologies, and is passionate about building high performing teams, and mentor students and young professionals. Srivatsan has a Masters degree in Industrial Engg from The Ohio State University and an MBA from The Indian School of Business.

Mr. Ketan Gaikwad, the Managing Director and CEO of Receivables Exchange of India Limited (RXIL), is a banker with a career spanning 30 years.

Prior to joining RXIL, he has held leadership roles in transaction banking in Barclays Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. He started his career with Bank of Baroda and has had multiple roles in Standard Chartered before heading trade finance in Barclays Bank.

HMr. Ketan Gaikwad is science graduate from Mumbai University and has a Master’s Degree in Management Studies from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. He has completed Executive Leadership Program from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and advanced Programme on Fintech from IIM Kolkatta.

Receivables Exchange of India Limited (RXIL), a TReDS platform mandated by RBI is a Joint Venture of Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) & National Stock Exchange (NSE) along with State Bank of India, ICICI Bank and Yes Bank being other shareholders.

Ayan Agarwal finished his Bachelor’s in Science in Business Administration and Global Poverty & Practice from the University of California, Berkeley in 2014 with four financial scholarships and awards. At Berkeley-Haas, he was a Teaching Assistant (Entrepreneurship) starting his first year; the youngest ever hired by the University. At Berkeley, he also formed student organizations and mentorship programs that exist today; he also held leadership positions at the Pi Lambda Phi fraternity. He successfully completed a dual course on Negotiations at the London School of Economics. His work experience includes stints at KPMG in Gurgaon and BRAC Microfinance in Bangladesh.

Since 2014, Ayan has been working at Transcorp International Limited - a BSE listed and RBI regulated company in the financial services and travel industry. The company is governed by a board of directors and holds several licenses from RBI. Ayan has successfully launched many products and services that are a first for non-Banks – including Rupay and VISA cards, UPI on PPI and contactless cards/rings and services like Video KYC, CKYC and National Common Mobility Card. On the PPI front, Transcorp has emerged as the preferred innovation partner for large corporates, upcoming fintechs and various networks including NPCI and VISA.

In addition, Ayan is responsible for generating new sources of revenues as well as boost existing sources with the help of partnerships with banks, insurance aggregators, travel suppliers, government departments and telecom providers.

He has successfully led the revamping of the various technology and distribution systems nationwide to thousands Transcorp and Ritco Travels retail outlets. The focus is to cross sell and introduce additional products to our robust agent network while maintaining a close relationship. Transcorp and affiliated companies also actively invest in startups, to add value to these, Ayan is part of the due diligence process, valuation negotiations and strategic planning that is involved in the initial funding, reporting and subsequent rounds of fund raising.

Anuraag has over 28 years of experience in technology, primarily in Fintech and Mobility domains He is an inventor with 4 granted US patents and 1 International patent, one of the patents being Share on mobile platforms. He is also recipient of Rocket Scientist Award for his work at AT&T Wireless. He also represented AT&T Wireless and contributed for standards. Anuraag co-founded Fingpay along with Pratyush Halen in 2016. Fingpay a funded company with ICICI as seed investors and IvyCap as Series A investor.

Mohit Gopal has a deep understanding of the Payments and Fintech ecosystem in India. In his current role at PayU, he looks after the operational functioning of the India payments business. Mohit has been a key contributor to PayU’s growth in India and has worked extensively in many diversified roles across the business, strategy, and operations verticals over the last five years. His expertise in scaling businesses and diversifying the payments product suite comes second to trying to speed the rate of digitization of Fintech in India.

Earlier, he had worked with the International Finance Corporation, a part of the World Bank, and had also worked with P&O Bulk Shipping, London. Before joining PayU he was an independent consultant rendering financial advisory services. Mohit holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the National Law School, Bangalore.

Bharat Panchal is a prominent industry leader in Cyber Security in India, with 30 years of experience in risk management, mainly in the banking and telecommunication sectors. He is recognized globally as a thought leader and evangelist for enterprise risk, cyber security, and data sovereignty. Bharat has made significant contributions to building a safe and secure digital banking ecosystem in India. At National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), where he served as Chief of Risk Management and a founding member for over 8.5 years, Bharat played a critical role in creating a risk culture across the banking ecosystem by designing, implementing, and monitoring risk controls. He led key functions like Enterprise Risk Management, Cyber Security, Compliance, Operational Risk Management, Fraud Management, and AML for NPCI and its entire digital banking ecosystem.

Bharat has designed and implemented a robust cyber security framework for every product rolled out by NPCI i.e. RuPay, IMPS, NACH, CTS, BBPS, FasTag, AEPS for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) and the most prestigious UPI. He also significantly contributed to defining cyber security frameworks and related controls for RBI, the Government of India, and other regulators. Bharat was instrumental in ensuring that all foreign players connected with NPCI comply with data localization regulations.

Bharat has also contributed immensely to several projects with IB, NIA, CBI, Cert-IN, Narcotics Control, FIU India, and almost every state police department in India. Bharat is the original designer of the web portal www.cybercrime.gov.in, which is now managed by MHA and has become a vital resource to fight various cybercrimes in India.

Currently, Bharat serves as the Chief Industry Relations & Regulatory Officer for Discover Financial Services, where he oversees and monitors compliance with applicable laws and regulations of India. Before moving to Discover in Oct 21, He was working as a Chief Risk Officer for APAC, Middle East and Africa with FIS Global a Fortune 300 and world’s no. 1 fintech supporting the banking and payment services across the world. At FIS, he was responsible to ensure risk management & security compliance for their customers across regions. Before joining NPCI, Bharat worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Citibank, Reliance Communications, and Tata Telecom.

Bharat has received several prestigious awards and recognitions, including the "Security Leader of the Year" Award in 2014 and 2017 by Data Security Council of India (DSCI) for his significant contribution to cyber security in the banking sector. The Computer Society of India awarded him the "Best CRO of the Year" in 2016. Bharat is also a sought-after speaker on risk management, data sovereignty, and cyber security subjects worldwide. He has been part of over 500 conferences in India and 50 international conferences worldwide as a keynote speaker or panellist. He is a visiting faculty for Cyber security at SVPNPA, IDRBT,NIBM, ASCI and many prestigious institutes.

Bharat is also serving as a chief mentor for cyber security start-ups and member of Governing Council of C3I Hub, an Incubation centre at IIT Kanpur. He has been part of many committees of the Government of India and RBI on cyber security. He has written several articles and papers on cyber security and risk management and is a co-author of "Data Sovereignty – The Pursuit of Supremacy," one of the most popular books on data, with 25,000 copies sold so far

He is an MBA and Science graduate in Information Technology. In recognition of his immense contribution to building a safe and secure digital banking ecosystem for India, Bharat was conferred with a "Doctor of Literature" (D.Litt.) by GNA University, Punjab, in Nov. 22.

Neha Gupta, Director – Product Management, is proud to have launched innovative IN first experiences (cash-load and KYC at doorstep,- 1-click CX) to make payments convenient for our customers. She joined Amazon in 2014 to innovate with banks and financial ecosystem and didn’t know that she will get the flexibility to lead programs to drive digital payment adoption, scaling and turning business profitable to incubate new seeds.

Fondly speaking of her experience over the last 8 years, “Working at Amazon has allowed me to build products at scale which can create a meaningful impact on the country w.r.t. enabling financial inclusion”.

Based out of Bengaluru, Neha leads a multidisciplinary team of Product/Program Managers, Marketing, Sales and Business Development. Her team played an instrumental role to launch the first wallet (on UPI rails) with an in-house capability to do Video KYC in 2022.

Nipa is the Board Member & Country Leader, Insurance and the India Workforce Solution, while being on the Board of Equifax's Analytics organisation. As a part of this role, she is responsible for driving the growth for these verticals for Equifax in the Emerging Markets. Nipa is a veteran from the risk management, due diligence and background screening industry and comes with close to two decades of experience in Business Leadership and Strategic planning roles.

Her previous assignments were in the capacity of Director at SecUR Credentials (the first listed background screening company in India) and IntegraScreen Consulting, prior to which she pioneered the Risk Management solutions services in India, with her role as Senior Vice President- Sales and Business Development at First Advantage for the Asia Pacific region.

Yogesh Patwari heads the Enterprise Platforms business at CredAble – India’s Largest Working Capital Technology Platform. He has over 15 years of experience in Corporate and Institutional Banking, Financial Services and Working Capital Management. He has also extensively worked in diverse areas such as Automating payment workflows, Cash Management, Treasury Solutions, and Structured Trade Finance.

Prior to CredAble, Yogesh was Vice President, Corporate Banking at Deutsche Bank, managing the large corporate and multinationals client portfolio in Eastern and Western India. He was also Head of EMEA Corridor Origination for the Bank in India.

He has earlier worked with HSBC and Citibank in various roles in Corporate Banking and Treasury. Yogesh is a postgraduate from IIM Bangalore and a Chartered Accountant

Mr Ameet Venkeshwar comes with more than 16 years of experience in the finance industry. He has put in exceptional work to align businesses with results and profitability through efficient Team & Distribution Network Management. He has worked at IndusInd Bank as the Maharashtra Zonal Sales Head for almost 8 years. Additionally, he has around 5 years of experience with Citi Finance. Sundeep by profession is a charted accounted with more than 25 years of experience in Technology, Finance and Consulting. Sundeep is the Founder Director of M1xchange and Mynd group.

M1xchange is a multi-award winning online exchange for discounting of Trade receivables for MSME enterprise in India. The Exchange has scaled up at a phenomenal pace in the last two years and has enabled discounting of invoices worth Rs 35,000 cr in last 2 years for MSME enterprises from across India. Sundeep and his team came together to successfully build this one of its kind invoice exchange that also happens to be the first TReDS platform in the Indian subcontinent. Winny Patro is a well-rounded personality with 15yrs of experience in Leadership and Advisory roles with internet companies, government organisations and social impact institutions. Currently, he is building an intelligent credit-to-cash management platform for SMEs in India and developing nations.

In his previous assignment, Winny Patro served as CEO with the Government of Andhra Pradesh (Indian State) in building globally connected entrepreneurial ecosystem. During his tenure with Govt of AP, he transformed two under-performing Govt organizations into a remarkably high performing in less than one year. As part of restructuring, he built high performance teams and initiated collaborations with startup ecosystems in Finland, Israel, Estonia, Japan and Hongkong for enabling knowledge & commerce exchange. He also played an instrumental role in collaborations with international organizations like UNICEF, UNESCO, World Economic Forum in the areas of emerging technologies such as Augmented & Virtual Reality, Drones & Airspace, IoT etc.

Dipesh is the Co-founder & CTO of LenDenClub, a Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform established in 2015, reinventing the traditional borrowing and lending process with the right amalgamation of technology.
